Surah Qaf
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ
Mā yalfiẓu min qaulin illā ladaihi raqībun ‘atīd(un).
Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].
