Surah At-Tur
أَمْ خَلَقُوا۟ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ
Am khalaqus-samāwāti wal-arḍ(a), bal lā yūqinūn(a).
Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain.
