Surah Al-Mulk
أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
Alā ya‘lamu man khalaq(a), wa huwal-laṭīful-khabīr(u).
Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?
