لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ

Liman syā'a minkum ay yataqaddama au yata'akhkhar(a).

To whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind.
