Surah Saba
فَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا بَـٰعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُمْ أَحَادِيثَ وَمَزَّقْنَـٰهُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ
Fa qālū rabbanā bā‘id baina asfārinā wa ẓalamū anfusahum fa ja‘alnāhum aḥādīṡa wa mazzaqnāhum kulla mumazzaq(in), inna fī żālika la'āyātil likulli ṣabbārin syakūr(in).
But [insolently] they said, "Our Lord, lengthen the distance between our journeys," and wronged themselves, so We made them narrations and dispersed them in total dispersion. Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.

626) They requested that those closely situated towns be removed so that the journey would become longer, allowing them to monopolize the trade and thereby achieve greater profits.
