Surah Ghafir
يَعْلَمُ خَآئِنَةَ ٱلْأَعْيُنِ وَمَا تُخْفِى ٱلصُّدُورُ
Ya‘lamu khā'inatal-a‘yuni wa mā tukhfiṣ-ṣudūr(u).
He knows that which deceives the eyes and what the breasts conceal.

665) The expression "treacherous glance" refers to looking at forbidden things, such as gazing at a non-mahram person of the opposite sex without a reason justified by Islamic law.
