Surah Al-Qamar
حِكْمَةٌۢ بَـٰلِغَةٌ ۖ فَمَا تُغْنِ ٱلنُّذُرُ
Ḥikmatum bāligatun famā tugnin-nużur(u).
Extensive wisdom - but warning does not avail [them].
