Surah Al-Waqi'ah
ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ
A'antum anzaltumūhu minal-muzni am naḥnul-munzilūn(a).
Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?
