Surah Al-Waqi'ah
لَّا يَمَسُّهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلْمُطَهَّرُونَ
Lā yamassuhū illal-muṭahharūn(a).
None touch it except the purified.

708) The purified servants of Allah, according to some scholars, are those who are free from both major and minor ritual impurities (hadath). Meanwhile, according to others, it refers to the creations of Allah who are sinless and infallible, namely the angels.
