ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
Ṡumma kāna ‘alaqatan fa khalaqa fa sawwā.
Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
