Surah Al-Qiyamah
بَلَىٰ قَـٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ
Balā qādirīna ‘alā an nusawwiya banānah(ū).
Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips.
