Surah An-Nazi'at

فَٱلْمُدَبِّرَٰتِ أَمْرًا

Fal-mudabbirāti amrā(n).

And those who arrange [each] matter,

744) In verses 1‒5, Allah swears by the angels who possess various attributes and duties that mankind will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment. Some commentators (mufassir) argue that in these verses, with the exception of verse 5, Allah swears by the stars.
