Surah Al-Fajr
وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ
Wa layālin ‘asyr(in).
And [by] ten nights

754) What is meant by "the ten nights" are the last ten nights of Ramadan. Some also say they are the first ten days of Muharram, including the Day of 'Ashura', while others say they are the first ten nights of Dhul-Hijjah.
