Surah Ibrahim
وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا۟ مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِن كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ ٱلْجِبَالُ
Wa qad makarū makrahum wa ‘indallāhi makruhum, wa in kāna makruhum litazūla minhul-jibāl(u).
And they had planned their plan, but with Allah is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan had been [sufficient] to do away with the mountains.

391) What is meant by "mountain" in this verse is the law (sharia) of Allah Almighty, which is as firm and unshakeable as a mountain.
