Surah Maryam
وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُ أَهْلَهُۥ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ وَكَانَ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦ مَرْضِيًّا
Wa kāna ya'muru ahlahū biṣ-ṣalāti waz-zakāh(ti), wa kāna ‘inda rabbihī marḍiyyā(n).
And he used to enjoin on his people prayer and zakah and was to his Lord pleasing.

463) Some commentators are of the opinion that what is meant by 'ahlahu' is his family, while others believe that what is meant is his nation (followers).
