Surah Maryam
لَّا يَمْلِكُونَ ٱلشَّفَـٰعَةَ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ عِندَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَهْدًا
Lā yamlikūnasy-syafā‘ata illā manittakhaża ‘indar-raḥmāni ‘ahdā(n).
None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant.

465) What is meant by making a covenant with Allah SWT is to believe in Him, carry out His commands, and be conscious of Him (maintain Taqwa).
