Surah Al-Mu'minun
مَا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ
Mā tasbiqu min ummatin ajalahā wa mā yasta'khirūn(a).
No nation will precede its time [of termination], nor will they remain [thereafter].
