إِن كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ
In kullun illā każżabar-rusula faḥaqqa ‘iqāb(i).
Each of them denied the messengers, so My penalty was justified.
