Surah Sad
إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ
Illā ‘ibādaka minhumul-mukhlaṣīn(a).
Except, among them, Your chosen servants."

657) The meaning of the expression "the chosen servants" refers to those who have been granted guidance and success (taufiq) to obey all of the directions and commands of Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He).
