Surah Ta-Ha
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱسْتَوَىٰ
Ar- raḥmānu ‘alal-‘arsyistawā.
The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne established.
