Surah Al-Anbiya
لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ
Lā yasbiqūnahū bil-qauli wa hum bi'amrihī ya‘malūn(a).
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
