Surah Al-Ahzab
وَأَنزَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَـٰهَرُوهُم مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِن صَيَاصِيهِمْ وَقَذَفَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلرُّعْبَ فَرِيقًا تَقْتُلُونَ وَتَأْسِرُونَ فَرِيقًا
Wa anzalal-lażīna ẓāharūhum min ahlil-kitābi min ṣayāṣīhim wa qażafa fī qulūbihimur-ru‘ba farīqan taqtulūna wa ta'sirūna farīqā(n).
And He brought down those who supported them among the People of the Scripture from their fortresses and cast terror into their hearts [so that] a party you killed, and you took captive a party.

616) After the allied clans were routed, Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) commanded Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to punish the Jews of Bani Quraizah and expel them from their fortresses. Consequently, all adult men who participated in the battle were executed, while the women and children were taken captive.
