Surah Al-Hijr

فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُۥ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ سَـٰجِدِينَ

Fa iżā sawwaituhū wa nafakhtu fīhi mir rūḥī fa qa‘ū lahū sājidīn(a).

And when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration."

397) Prostration (sujud) here does not mean worshiping, but rather showing respect, similar to how the brothers of Prophet Joseph (peace be upon him) prostrated to him.
