Surah Al-Qasas

وَأَخِى هَـٰرُونُ هُوَ أَفْصَحُ مِنِّى لِسَانًا فَأَرْسِلْهُ مَعِىَ رِدْءًا يُصَدِّقُنِىٓ ۖ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ

Wa akhī hārūnu huwa afṣaḥu minnī lisānan fa'arsilhu ma‘iya rid'ay yuṣaddiqunī, innī akhāfu ay yukażżibūn(i).

And my brother Aaron is more fluent than me in tongue, so send him with me as support, verifying me. Indeed, I fear that they will deny me."

564) In addition to feeling apprehensive about Pharaoh, Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) also felt that his speech was not fluent. Therefore, he implored Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to send Aaron (peace be upon him), who was more eloquent in speech, to be a prophet alongside him.
