Surah Al-Ma'arij
وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰٓ
Wa jama‘a fa'au‘ā.
And collected [wealth] and hoarded.

723) This refers to those who hoard their wealth, refusing to pay the prescribed alms (zakāt) and failing to spend it in the right cause.
