Surah Al-Ma'arij
تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ
Ta‘rujul-malā'ikatu war-rūḥu ilaihi fī yaumin kāna miqdāruhū khamsīna alfa sanah(tin).
The angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years.

722) This means that it takes Jibril and the other angels one day of travel to ascend and present themselves before Allah SWT. One day in the realm of the angels is equivalent to fifty thousand years in the human world.
