Surah Al-Ma'arij
كَلَّآ ۖ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَـٰهُم مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَ
Kallā, innā khalaqnāhum mimmā ya‘malūn(a).
No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know.

726) Those disbelievers know that they were created by Allah from semen to believe in and fear Him like other humans. Therefore, if they do not believe and maintain piety, they have no right to enter Paradise.
