Surah Al-An'am
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا صُمٌّ وَبُكْمٌ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ ۗ مَن يَشَإِ ٱللَّهُ يُضْلِلْهُ وَمَن يَشَأْ يَجْعَلْهُ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
Wal-lażīna każżabū bi'āyātinā ṣummuw wa bukmun fiẓ-ẓulumāt(i), may yasya'illāhu yuḍlilhu wa may yasya' yaj‘alhu ‘alā ṣirāṭim mustaqīm(in).
But those who deny Our verses are deaf and dumb within darknesses. Whomever Allah wills - He leaves astray; and whomever He wills - He puts him on a straight path.

244) Those who are led astray by Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, have indeed chosen the path of disbelief, while those who are guided have indeed chosen the path of guidance.
