Surah Al-An'am
وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا طَـٰٓئِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إِلَّآ أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُم ۚ مَّا فَرَّطْنَا فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِن شَىْءٍ ۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَ
Wa mā min dābbatin fil-arḍi wa lā ṭā'iriy yaṭīru bijanāḥaihi illā umamun amṡālukum, mā farraṭnā fil-kitābi min syai'in ṡumma ilā rabbihim yuḥsyarūn(a).
And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered.

242) As living creatures, animals share biological similarities with humans, and some even have social systems similar to human societies with their own leadership. 243) Some commentators (mufassir) interpret "the Book" as the Preserved Tablet (al-Lawḥ al-Maḥfūẓ), meaning this sentence indicates that the destiny of all creation has already been written (decreed) therein. Others interpret it as the Qur’an, meaning that the Qur’an contains the essentials of religion, norms, laws, wisdom, and guidance for human happiness in this world and the Hereafter.
