Surah Ar-Rum
۞ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُم مِّن ضَعْفٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةً ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ ضَعْفًا وَشَيْبَةً ۚ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْقَدِيرُ
Allāhul-lażī khalaqakum min ḍa‘fin ṡumma ja‘ala mim ba‘di ḍa‘fin quwwatan ṡumma ja‘ala mim ba‘di quwwatin ḍa‘faw wa syaibah(tan), yakhluqu mā yasyā'(u), wa huwal-‘alīmul-qadīr(u).
Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent.

595) The first instance of the word "weakness" refers to the stage when it is still a zygote (nutfah). The second instance of "weakness" refers to childhood, while the word "strength" refers to the period of youth.
