Surah Al-Anfal
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ ۖ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ ٱلْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِۦ وَأَنَّهُۥٓ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ
Yā ayyuhal-lażīna āmanustajībū lillāhi wa lir-rasūli iżā da‘ākum limā yuḥyīkum, wa‘lamū annallāha yaḥūlu bainal-mar'i wa qalbihī wa annahū ilaihi tuḥsyarūn(a).
O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.

310) This call refers to the summons to fight to exalt the word of Allah SWT and to safeguard the continuity of Islam and the Muslims. It can also be understood as an invitation toward faith, guidance, jihad, and everything related to true happiness in this world and the Hereafter. 311) Allah SWT rules over the hearts of humans and directs them according to His will. Thus, Allah SWT restrains human inclinations from following vain desires, then guides them toward the straight path.
