Surah Al-Baqarah
Nisā'ukum ḥarṡul lakum, fa'tū ḥarṡakum annā syi'tum, wa qaddimū li anfusikum, wattaqullāha wa‘lamū annakum mulāqūh(u), wa basysyiril-mu'minīn(a).
Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish and put forth [righteousness] for yourselves. And fear Allah and know that you will meet Him. And give good tidings to the believers.

66) A wife is compared to a tilth (cultivated land), a place for sowing seeds. Therefore, sow the seeds at whatever time you please.
